At Aurena Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective mailer to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
